Your new pliers have sharp edges if they are quality tools. These edges can damage your work so we need to
smooth things out before we use them. You will also need to dress up these edges after extensive use. Failure
to do this can cause head and eye pins to break while bending them.
Use the flat file to remove the sharp edges. Quality pliers are made of very hard metal so this can take several
minutes of work. Remeber that there are four edges that need your attention.
